Pre-Planning

Pre-Departure Check In
Alpha Travelers LLC will check in with you a few weeks before your departure. This is our opportunity to ensure you have all necessary travel documents, review your trip itinerary, and make any last-minute adjustments as needed.
Booking
Once the pre-planning phase is complete, you’ll meet with an agent for your official booking appointment. During this meeting, your agent will review travel options and pricing with you. After selecting the package that best suits your needs, your agent will handle all the bookings and provide you with your tickets and detailed trip itinerary.
Returning Home
After you return home, your agent will follow up via email to ensure your trip went smoothly and to see if there's anything else you may need.
